Saint Francis Hospice is a dynamic, forward thinking organisation delivering specialist palliative care services in Havering, Brentwood, Redbridge, and Barking & Dagenham. Our Hospice at Home Team is a team of Senior Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants who provide hands on nursing care to people in their own home, as well as supporting those around them, to enable them to remain in their preferred place of care.?
We are currently looking to recruit into our dedicated, well established and highly regarded Hospice at Home Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for those Staff Nurses with significant post registration experience who have a desire to work in specialist palliative care.
If you are an enthusiastic and passionate team player, with excellent communication skills, have keenness and confidence with the ability to work independently and have an overall compassionate flexible approach to care delivery, we would be delighted to hear from you.
It is essential that the post holder is required to have the ability to travel efficiently and effectively to people's homes across various locations within the hospice catchment area, and who can obtain their own insurance for business use.?
